RETURNS

All returns must be announced within 7 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an online product, just send an e-mail to contact[at]yogawithjule.com within the timeframe stated above. It is not necessary to specify the reason for return, however more information as to why you are unhappy with your product will be highly appreciated.

REFUNDS

After receiving your e-mail, I will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your e-mail to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
