You don't even remember what it feels like being 100 % there in the moment, sharp, attentive, focused, passionate.

The following paragraphs will show you how to set the course for unlocking your full energetic and cognitive potential to lift that brain fog and reverse mental aging.

Well, my secret ingredient is a combination of neuroscience and yoga practice -  neuro-yoga. Consider neuro-yoga as an upgrade to your typical yoga practice by focusing on the stimulation of your nervous system and brain activity.

Sprinkled with a bit of energy work, yoga philosophy, and - yes - physical excercise, my neuro-yoga toolkit will not just boost your physical and mental agility but reconnect you with your authentic self and the present moment. Once you’ve lifted that brain fog, you'll find absolute clarity and endless possibilities waiting for you to start adventures you’ve never even dreamed about.

For me that was starting my own business as a coach and mentor despite being a working mom of 2. I’ve developed the physical and mental strength to keep my cool when chaos strikes, to make smart-hearted decisions finally turning me from a people-pleasing perfectionist into a real role model for my girls.

And if I did it, so will you. All you gotta bring to the table is yourself exactly the way you are.

Step-by-step guidelines & individual support

  • Connection with your authentic self so that you know how to align with your values and take difficult decisions - smart and from the heart;

  • Identifying and reprogramming harmful brain patterns with scientifically proven concepts and methods, so that you'll be able to move past trauma and unhealthy conditioning. You'll also create and stregthen intentional new brain structures that set your course for abundance and joy.

  • Building healthy, flexible routines, and a supportive environment to help you establish resilience and thrive physically as well as mentally;

  • Channeling your new-found energy and brain power into clear action items that'll bring you closer towards your dharma (your bliss or calling) - one step at a time. I’ll take you by the hand as you implement one after the other as your biggest cheerleader and unwavering accountability buddy.


Your toolbox

  • You’ll receive all resources needed for your journey in my online NeuroPrana Academy - you can go through the content at your own pace. This is not the place to stress yourself but to learn, flourish and have fun.

  • You will build a personalized set of flexible routines that will recharge your batteries and strengthen your congnitive agility. You will understand how to make your routines stick without the pressure to tick off yet another item on your to-do list.

  • You'll create your very own “NeuroLove list” - the opposite of a to-do-list - nothing to check off, but your very personal catalogue of motivating or relaxing activities that release different kinds of bliss hormones into your system.


The icing on the cake

  • Weekly neuro-yoga and meditation classes to challenge your body, mind, and soul. You’ll understand how to use the fascinating workings of the brain to upgrade your yoga asana or pranayama practice - whether you prefer slow and restful or high-paced and sweaty. In the end, you'll be able to really own your practice and make it fit your schedule, your needs, and your energy level.

  • Weekly group coaching calls in my virtual living room with other beautiful souls sharing and celebrating each others achievements and breakthroughs.

  • I’ll have your back around the clock on WhatsApp, so you can reach me whenever the fog comes kreeping up again. Whatever it is, just reach out and I’ll be there to catch you.

With a person looking at it from the "outside" it's often easier to identify those blind spots and find a solution that you can implement immediately.
